Jamie Rott, Judge-OF Breyer Meta

Jamie winning with a SR Breyer Clydesdale Mare in 2008.

Breyers and model horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! Collecting is something my mom and I enjoy together, and we have been attending Breyerfest since 1996 (it’s become a family vacation where my dad, husband, and daughter also attend)! I also love to judge and teach seminars relating to the hobby.

I have been president of Great Lakes Congress (GLC) since 2007. GLC is a 501(c)(3) educational not-for-profit created to teach adults and youth about horses and horsemanship, using model horses. We host between 6-8 shows per year. I am excited to have the opportunity to judge Famulous!

A little bit about me, I am the Water Superintendent for the City of Rockford, IL where I lead the Water Division as the first female Water Superintendent in Rockford’s 100+ year history. The Water Division is responsible for providing safe, clean, and reliable drinking water to approximately 150,000 residents, as well as responding to emergencies and customer needs. I am extremely proud of my staff; the work never stops and neither do they.
